Your Conscience and Assurance

1 Corinthians 4:1-6

What can we learn about the conscience and how it affects our assurance? This much we know: the conscience is an intellectual understanding combined with an emotional response. We feel guilt when our conscience condemns us or we feel peace when our conscience vindicates us. But the question must be asked: how does our conscience make these evaluations? In this message we'll learn that our conscience and assurance are related because one's assurance can be unnecessarily shaken by a false condemnation from a misinformed conscience.
